Icicle Valley Protection Alliance

THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW!

We are trying to stop Icicle Canyon from being considered as an official proposed site for DUSEL. At this time the National Science Foundation (NSF) is developing the selection process. The environmental / water / wilderness issues are important enough to get Icicle Canyon eliminated as a potential site, and we need to convince the NSF and our political leaders of this.

Help us stop the official proposal for Icicle Canyon NOW...

Write the NSF on your own,

and sign our letter to the NSF HERE!

Also, write our local newspapers, County Commissioners, Port of Chelan County and Leavenworth Mayor / City Council today!
[All the contacts you need are below...]

Concerned about the negative impact of the DUSEL proposal? Make your voice heard!

The people who are supporting DUSEL in our valley need to hear from local citizens, tourists, climbers, hikers, campers, hunters, fishermen and the businesses and organizations that would be negatively affected if this proposal is accepted by the National Science Foundation. Whether you're a local or you do not live in the area, use the list below and make your opinions known. Please share this information with others who share a love of the Icicle Valley and want to keep it the way it is.
